Window covering options

Hi! We have 2 windows in our open floor plan. One is a sliding glass door, the other is a large window overlooking the great room. i want to put white linen type semi sheers from

ceiling to floor on both. Would this look good? I’m concerned they are too close for rod space. Would it look ok with sheers on sliding door and a woven shade on the other?

The curtains from the ceiling to the floor would be a good idea for a sliding door! The material depends on your needs, filtering light? Protecting privacy? Blockout? ...

For rod space, just need to be accurate in measurement. It wouldn't be a big problem.

For the windows, yeah, shades would be nice! However, choosing what kind of shade is eventually based on the overall decorating style and other furniture colors.

Thank you! I guess im just worried that because the windows are on the same wall, would it look bad to place long curtains on the sliding glass door and wovens on the other?
