We are on the very long waiting list for the neighborhood pool builder in the FL Keys, looking at about a year to go now. He installs Latham fiberglass pools and the existing ones in our neighborhood look great.

Any advice or suggestions from anyone experienced here?

It'll probably be one of the curvy ones with one flat side to go along the seawall, such as Valencia, St Lucia or Jamaica.
