Best fruit trees for Tijuana (10a)

Hello, I am looking for good fruit trees to grow here in Tijuana, Mexico. I am in a zone 10a. It rarely gets into 90s and drops below 50. currently I have mature papaya, Jackfruit, cherries, Lychee, orange, banana, and Cacao trees. I am looking to add 2 or 3 more fruit trees. Thanks.

Hi,

I am in zone 11 (Malta), here's what grows well for me: figs, guava, papaya, lemon and almost any citrus. Many people are successful with dragon fruit here but I haven't tried growing them. Another one that I don't grow but see everywhere here is pomegranate.

Then there are also some varieties of prunes as well as some some pears (check zone info), and many grape varieties.
