Do you plan to keep the slider? On your drawing it looks like a single door.
People will need measurements of all walls.
You should keep stove and sink on the exterior wall, out of traffic. The refrigerator would be ok on the interior wall.
I like peninsula on the glass door side only.

Thanks for input, I plan to make the slider a single door so that we can use the wall next to it for cabinets and a tea bar area.

Great idea. Most sliders are in such poor locations that waste space, so that’s what I would have suggested.

Are you expanding into the dining room space? without measurements it’s hard to make recommendations. i don’t see space for 2 penninsulas. i’d prefer breakfast bar area by the slider away from diningroom. too many chairs otherwise, and opens it up which was the goal. Then cooktop - prep- sink - dw along wall, again if there is space. across the room is pretty far for work triangle.

Thanks for ideas. I’ve been playing with position of appliances to help it flow better. Kitchen is 11ft wide.

Sorry but we need an actual to scale drawing to give any advice . Use graph paper make sure all windows and doorways are clearly matked where those doorways lead all measurements clearly marked and the drawing able to be enlarged . If the kitchen is 11 ft wide you do not have space for an island . That is why we need to scale drwaings , you can make anything fit on a piece of paper with no parameters/
