I Couldn't Resist, Not Possible

As you know, I have had the daylily "I'll Get You My Pretty" for several years. It is one of the ones whose name amused me enough that I bought it. Well, Eric Simpson who sells through Blueriddge has a new one called "And Your Little Dog Too". Yes; I ordered it and I will plant them together which is convenient since I was moving IGYMP since it is in the cat daylily area and I have a new one to plant there.

I know, I know, but that is me and my sense of humor.

How neat is that. I grew up watching the Wizard of OZ and am a fan of Dorthy and Toto. Can't wait to see them together in your garden............Maryl

That's neat, Kay. I think Tom Polston really missed an opportunity when he introduced I'll Get You My Pretty. I would have named one And Your Little Dog Too and introduced them the same year.

I must admit that sometimes I am attracted (or repelled) by the name of the daylily.

Always loved the Wizard of Oz, considered to get the series, but decoded I better nor. Now to go see what And Your Little Dog Too looks.
