I'm seeing this very late--did you choose lights yet? Your kitchen is a beautiful, simple transitional style. What do think about a simple cone shade pendant? Something like this:

I would stick with the Champagne bronze for the lights and choose some that you really love as they will be a focal point. Don't stress too much about how it should look, just pull up a few lighting store sites, filter it down to what you need and scroll until you find something for you.  If you like classic, go classic, if you like flowers, you'll find some capiz flowers! Now, when you go to sell the house, reevaluate them, they're super easy to swap out if needed, but lighting is art and you should always have art for you that you love.
