Re front door colour, the photo is a little misleading. The colour is slightly off, but not as much as it looks there. So, no.

That’s a lovely piece, but much too large for my space.

Just my opinion, I’m not a fan of coats hanging on a wall for a main entry.

It looks sloppy. If anything, , I would put a coat rack in the corner where the shoes are since you say you are removing them.

You can certainly put a mirror on that wall.
