Your recourse is through your credit card company. A company that no longer exists will not be able to handle any returns.

Editorial: I don't think that their shutting down was all that unexpected. You could see the writing on the wall when they started hiring overseas "designers" to do their rendering work. They didn't pay anyone even close to a realistic fee either. None of the "mass merchant" design popups have succeeded. They were all formulaic and impersonal. That is the last thing that design is!
