Blinking Sanitize(d) light usually means the water didn't heat sufficiently to reach sanitizing temperature, or whatever target temperature the machine wants to attain if a specific sanitize cycle or option isn't selected. Bosch heats to various different temperatures depending on the selected cycle and options. Empty rinse aid dispenser causes increased heating of the final rinse on models that have condensation drying. Water heating failure is either 1) related to the machine's onboard water heater or 2) the incoming water supply isn't hot enough.

Many Bosch models have the water heating element integrated into the recirculation pump. Heating problems can be a failure of the element (requires replacement of the circulation pump), a wiring harness problem, or the control board isn't sending power to the heating element.

Regards to failure to drain, dishwashers drain multiple times (after each wash or rinse period) through the course of a complete dishwashing cycle. Have you monitored the machine through a complete cycle to confirm that it never drains at all .... or does the drain failure occur only at end of the last rinse?
