coffee stain in new grout

Hello! I have some light gray grout (Maipei) that got two small spots of coffee splashed on it before it was treated. I just used a tile and stone cleaner and it didn’t remove it completely. I have 511 sealer I plan to seal it with but don’t want to seal the stain in forever. I’ve scrubbed and scrubbed but it’s still there. Any advice appreciated!
