What do you mean by "pivot hinge"?

Do you need hinges for bifold doors or regular doors? Home Depot or Lowes have both kinds but your carpenter may have to recess them into doors and frame if not already done.

Plus, you may want a magnetic catch to position them closed.

Looking for swing doors. Hinges similar to this. Defiantly will want a magnetic catch thanks for mentioning. Are all brands equal for this? Any place other than Home Depot to look?
