Require Ceiling fan

We are looking for a white ceiling fan In the living room. The cathedral ceiling will be MDF or poplar tongue and groove painted white. The room is 15’ x 15’. We would like something that is plain and not stand out. We do not require a light on the fan. Please suggeast a size and brand.

Also both bedrooms will require new ceiling fans. First bedroom is 14’6” X 11’.

Second bedroom 14’ x 11’

We do not require a light on the fan.

They have an 8 foot ceiling.

We are looking for something plain that will disappear and not stand out.

Has anyone tried the Ultra Smart Fan that can decrease the SARS-CoV-2 virus? Is it worth the money or is it a gimmick?

Look at Casablanca fans. I have a 60 inch in the family room and a slightly shorter bladed white in the bedroom. Whisper quiet and without lights. I wouldn’t call them modern but certainly not dorky old fashioned. The metal piece attaching the blades are contemporary. Personally I think a white fan blends in best.

Some new fans with UV light, such as the type you've referenced, have gotten good reviews for killing airborne viruses, so I don't necessarily think it's gimmick. My only question would be whether I would really need one in my own home given that the only people who come visit are adults I know who are fully vaccinated, and I no longer have kids at home or visiting. Your situation may be different.
