Hello,

I am hoping to get some layout ideas for our master bath and powder room. Its a 17"5" x 8'1" space that needs to be powder room and master bathroom.

Guidelines:

• The doors need to stay in the current location.
• We are ok with shower only in master, minimum size of 3'x4' but of course the bigger the better. & if someone can find a way to add a free standing tub without it being to crowded- bonus!
• I would prefer a water closet with a door in master or the least to have a wall separation.
• Lastly, a two sink vanity at least 7 ft.

I am mostly focused on the master bath and then whatever space is left over would be for the powder room.

Looking forward to all your ideas. Its a bit of weird size room size - I've been playing around with it for some time and cant find a design that looks good and functions well. Cant wait to see what you can come up with!
