I can see why this is Bosses favorite fig, it is indeed exelent fig, I really like it a lot here is what it taste like to me ;

Very fragrant, sharp sweet and tangy, almost like homemade red currant jam, very crunchy seeds, soft sweet skin yum, texture in between jam and juice Black Madeira's pulp is thicker, a little diferent but as good as Black Madeira or Col de Dame Blanc.
