White Epoxy Grout

Hello,
We had initially planned to avoid white epoxy grout for master shower (porcelain slab) due to yellowing and planned to go with a medium to light gray. Contractor is saying they use a white resin and can color match to tile. Says it will stay white and not yellow down the road. Is there such a thing as an epoxy using white resin that wont yellow? All opinions welcomed and appreciated.

Epoxy grout is overkill in most situations. Yes, it yellows over time. The activator is what does it, not the resin. Use a polyurethane or acrylic based grout like Mapei Flexcolor CQ or TEC PowerGrout.
