I have a condo unit in a high rise bldg based in Arlington, Va. The bathroom/shower area is starting to have occasional rattling sounds. There's a vibration for sometime and then it stops. It's infrequent but also not sure what the trigger is. I've attached a video Incase it helps.
Would like to know:
- any thoughts what the issue could be
- estimate on what it costs/effort to fix.
- is this landlord issue or condo bldg association
