What tree did you use in the raised planter? Will it grow to provide significant privacy?

Hello, good morning. Thank you for the question. The tree shown in the photo is a Strawberry Arbutus Marina in a standard trunk. They can grow be very large as a mature tree & they are fairly dense which would provide efficient privacy. We would recommend buying a mature Arbutus to start with (48" box and up) in order to gain privacy from the beginning. If you plant something smaller as seen in the photo (24" box), you will need to wait a number of years for growth.
