Kitchen remodel

I would like to make some changes to my kitchen like adding another small cupboard above tye existing cabinets right up to the bulkhead. then refinishing the bulkhead with some simple molding. I would also like a covered stove fan and maybe extend cupboard above the fridge. any thoughts /ideas is appreciated.
