Home Decorating Living Room Design Dilemma

difficult room layout

I need help with arranging furniture in my living room. There is a lot of traffic flow. The front door opens into the living room and it’s open to the kitchen. The fireplace wall extends into the living room about four feet. The opposite wall has a bay window. There is only one long wall.

Put tv on one side or the other of the fireplace. Right now, it looks like the only person who can see the tv properly is the one sitting in the chair. Move chair to where the tv is now. Please give us a hand drawn floor plan with measurements so we can help further. If you are in the market for seated furniture, make sure there are narrow arm rests (takes up a lot less room). Take full advantage of your vertical space. Measure twice, buy once.

I think we might need a floor plan. I'm having a hard time seeing how the photos relate to one another...
