I consider the side windows (sidelites) windows. They, like the frame, should be painted white. The door should be painted your chosen color. There is debate over this. Have the door and sidelites installed. Mock up the paint scenario: Both Millworkman’s suggestion, or mine, for the door and lites. Either way, the frame should be white.

I am on Millworkman's side - frame white - door and sidelite black. The sidelight is a match to the door design and shape, not the window design.

Fir has lots of pinky/purple undertones and it doesn't take stain well. I know you are thinking black, but even black could show differently.

I like sidelights painted the same as the door and because your window trim is white, leave the door trim white.

I take it you don't need a storm, but you might need a screen door. If either, do a full view and paint it the door color, not the trim color.

Another vote for jamb and brickmould to match other trim, I could go either way on the sidelight. Since it is a doppelgänger for the door probably match that
