Door Design Dilemma

I just received my front door. I ordered the door jambs ready to paint because I was originally intending on painting the door. After seeing the raw Douglas Fir wood, I’m considering staining the door black. I'm wondering if I should paint the door jambs black to try to match the door or leave them white? The door jambs aren’t able to be stained. I’m also considering staining the door black and painting the sidelight white. The exterior siding will be white board and batten and the windows are white. Would love to hear your thoughts.
