I used new brass bin pulls on drawers and knobs on the cabinets, as they were before but with a different finish. I just wanted the polished brass after painting the cabinets.

To make life simple just repace what you have in the sizes that are there so the holes all stay where they are

Why clutter the cadence of your kitchen with knobs or pulls that strongly contrast with your wood stained cabinets? Once you put them on all you're going to see is nicely stained cabinets pot marked with stainless steel or brushed nickel. Match to compliment the wood not stainless steel appliances and fixtures.

Just keep the same pulls and knobs locations as you already do otherwise you're going to have to fill in holes and relocate everything.

The actual finish and style of the hardware will have more of an influence vs knob/handle decision so I’d save myself having to drill an additional hole to accommodate handles. Suggest bringing home a few styles/finishes and test and maybe consider brushed Vs polished.

Those are traditional style door fronts, so don't change out the pulls and knobs to something modern and trendy which will look out of place. Trying a few before buying enough for the whole kitchen is a good idea.

Fyi: HomeDepot sells a few styles in bulk of 10 or 12 and given you need so many, you could save a lot.

You don't need to patch holes to replace the knobs with pulls. Just add a hole.

And you can test fit the look of new pulls in place of the knobs by screwing them into the knob hole and letting the bottom dangle. (Unless that looks awesome or you just want a change, though, I'd stick with knobs on those. But you can test it pretty easy!)
