Wolf CSO Now Available Plumbed

I was going to purchase the Miele CSO in another state. I have moved to an area that does not sell, service, etc. Miele appliances. No service for Gagganau either, I am told and I don't care for the interior of the Thermador CSO. I just saw a Bosch CSO and while it looked nice I haven't seen much about it here on the forums.

The SubZero Center that I had been working with informed me that the Wolf CSO plumbed version is coming out. Do I go that route or is there any other brand, say Bosch that I should consider, keeping in mind what I can have installed and service is available?

Lastly, while it would be nice for the 2nd oven to match the CSO, I favor function over form so am not beholden to one brand and as all the Wolf wall ovens still have the blue interiors, are the new ones still having problems, is that still a concern?.

Judging from the comments that many of you use the CSO most of the time, I would just need a secondary 30" wall oven with convection for those times that I have something that is too big for the CSO or have multiple items cooking at the same time. Would it be OK to use a Bosch or GE if they are fairly close in design? I am putting in a SubZero 48"S/S fridge, Bosch DW, maybe a Bosch or Wolf 36" induction cooktop.

I know this is long and I appreciate any and all advice. Thank you.
