Help with fixture for master bathroom!

What light fixtures would you recommend for this master bathroom? The fixtures would lay on top of the mirror as it goes all the way up to the ceiling. Also looking for suggestions on what type of bathroom accessories would look best in here!

I like the frosted white glass so you don’t see the bulb.
And I like the gold finish to add some dimension to the space. But that’s me. :)
