Try some acetone on a clean white rag please. The manufacturers prohibit acetone, but I've been using it for over 25 years and have never harmed engineered stone.

You can try unique quartz products (Stone care, one of the brands); if it does not work also, you can try careful acetone. If the countertop were installed recently, I would call them to clean it. We have unique products to take care of it.
