Looking for feedback from professional Quartz fabricators and installers.

Recently had tile countertops and backsplash removed and replaced with quartz. We were originally told that demo and install would be completed in one day but took two. And still have things that need to be finished. Only share because it is clear that the job was harder than anticipated and they did not plan properly for it).

Kudos to the installers for getting the countertops pretty close to level and the seams mostly within 1/16. But that is where it stops. We have places in the backsplash where the gap to the bottom of the cabinets is almost 1/2” ( and before anyone says you can’t see it…you can, we have a keeping room so all is visible when sitting and in some places when standing!). Over hang on the L section is 2” but 1 1/2 (to standard) on other sections. Seams are not smooth and having pitting and valleys that are already collecting stuff. (2 weeks after install). Some seams have no epoxy in the top. Backsplashes are tilted and have huge (larger than 1/2” gaps from the wall). Under mount sinks were installed with uneven over hangs…I could go on and on. Installers said it was “a 9.5 on 10 scale” hard and they normally finish their days around 3. Think they honestly didn’t allocate enough time for the job and when it became challenging they just left it.

Can someone tell me if this meets acceptable industry standards.
