Privacy window vs. clear

Hello,

In the process of having a master bathroom added onto our home (first floor) and about 10' from exterior 8' fencing and nearby neighbors 25' house to house.

We are putting in a free-standing tub- and large (few ft wide and tall) window directly above starting at waist level. Do we opt for a privacy glass window or a clear (with window treatment)? I don't know a lot about choosing a frosted window- are there any pros/cons? besides from the obvious of privacy...

I would do clear and a window treatment. This way you have the tru natural light and can see out except when using the tub.

Do a clerestory window above the tub. Like this:
