Hoya kerrii dark spots

Hello I noticed sone darker brown spots on my hoya kerri and I was wondering if it is a fungal infection. I recently moved it so it would get more light. but when it was in a darker room with a north facing window i let it dry out significanyly between waterings. its in a fast draining soil and a terra cotta pot with drainage. If i prune the effected leaves and repot it will it be okay?

look a bit limp.. can we see the whole plant overall ..

and explain your watering protocol ... what your media is.. and the last time you replaced the media ...

im thinking there might be a water management problem.. leading to some cells exploding leading to the individual cell deaths causing spots... i wouldnt jump to disease until i ruled out cultural variables ...
