As for Asian manufacturers, they make great floors especially when you are looking for some interesting colors at a good value. Here are my 2 cents about engineered floor in general. I would find the ones with 3mm or thicker sawn cut veneer simply because most quality engineered wood floor brands on the market choose to pay more for this stable structure. If you like North American brands, Mercier, Mirage, Lauzon and Preverco all make high quality engineered wood floors. If you like South American exotic woods, I recommend Triangulo brand. If you prefer European made, we suggest you look for Grato and Riva brands.
