Ours is similar to yours, Nancy. It was 70's the past 2 weeks, 60's yesterday, and 35 today with snow flurries [nothing laid].

Right after one of the nicest Indian Summers in years.

Same thing here. It was setting records last week in the mid 80s both Tuesday and Wednesday, then a bit of rain from Nichole cooled it some to the mid 70s, and today, it has cooled down even more rather than warming up and we will have freezing temps starting again tonight.

It was wonderful to have such warm days earlier in November. I got a lot of planting done last week. Now we're in the deep freeze. The forecast for yesterday morning was possible snow showers, but we missed out on that. I know my sister in Indianapolis said she got 1.5 inches of snow yesterday. Early last week I had a late scape blooming on Indian Ripple. I've never had it rebloom until this drought.

Someone told me that the term "Indian summer" is no longer PC. Certainly is not derogatory, but I guess the term didn't originate with the Indians.

Wow, so glad we haven't seen any of that white stuff. We too had mild temps all last week and now we are back to much cooler temps.

The temps have been all over the place. Last week we were near 70 degrees and then it rained all Veteran's Day. Saturday was in the lower 60s and got a lot of yard work done. Sunday rolled around and it was in the lower 40's and by the afternoon, we had lake effect snow showers. We are supposed to get some snow Tuesday into Wednesday. Not looking forward to that.
