We had Lauzon hardwood floors installed in 2 rooms a few days ago. The 1 room is great, no complaints. The other has a few issues and I'm not sure how much of a fuss we should make. There is adhesive dotted all over the room, likely from the installer having it on his hand or knee/foot. I wouldn't mind cleaning it off if this was the only issue. There are also several chips and splinters on the boards. In addition to this, the bottom of the stair was damaged and the bottom of the mantle was cut poorly. Am I overreacting? The 2 rooms were done by 2 installers, 1 per room. So it appears to me a workmanship issue.
