Windows Design Dilemma

Window treatment suggestions (tricky situation)

Hello,

I am having a tough time figuring out what kind of window treatments to get for these three windows. Ideally, I don’t want to drill into the window frames because that would void the warranty. Window depth is shallow anyhow. Outside mount is hard becuase of the minisplit but not impossible. I’m using tension rod light-filtering cafe curtains but want more flexibility to have privacy since my neighbor is so close. Not sure if this really my inly option Open to any and all suggestions. Thank you!

Were they installed improperly?

if not, why worry about the limited warranty?

I’d do a French curtain rod, two thirds the way up the window, in line with the top grill, outside mounted, support brackets between the windows and cafe curtains on rings.
