Stain not drying completely is the most common cause. Incompatible stain and finish is second.

Most likely as adhesion issues do not fix themselves.

You will need to redo the floors. Bona’s two component water base finishes will not bond to Minwax. You have to prime with a single component like Bona Mega. Then top coat with two components like Traffic HD.

In finishing furniture I'd wait several weeks between an oil stain and a water-base topcoat, and then I'd seal it with dewaxed shellac first to avoid adhesion problems. 72 hours is really pushing it, especially with an open grained wood where the oil can take a long time to dry in the pores. But then, the only reason I'd ever use a pigment oil stain is as a glaze (a lot of work on a floor!). Water or alcohol based dyes are a much more reliable way to add base color to wood with minimal waiting prior to either WB or oil topcoat application
