Anyone Use Marfa Cabinets?

We are in the process of doing a renovation and are looking for cabinets. We have been a looking at Marfa cabinets and were wondering what experiences people had with them. How was the quality? How was the process? How long did it take? Any info anyone can share can be helpful.

Avoid Marfa at all costs! Our experience with their custom kitchen was a disaster. The designer was incredibly difficult to work with, and the cabinets arrived damaged. We had to wait over a month for replacements, which came with missing pieces that we had to salvage from the damaged ones. Despite being custom, some pieces still needed to be cut. Their customer service is abysmal, often taking days or even a week to respond. I deeply regret choosing Marfa, though thankfully, we hired a competent contractor who managed to fix the issues.

I was going to use them but the designer I was working with ended up quitting and then told me they have a great product but that their lead times are much longer than they say. So if you have time and now I’m a rush could be good. I just also felt like they were very unresponsive but maybe they’re a smaller company so less bandwidth? Try asking if you can speak to the owner Al or the general manager to gain some more confidence.

Sorry adding to this - we did not have the luxury of time so I had to go with another cabinet maker. Otherwise I probably would have used them as I really liked the product!

Alvic flat pack line. They are at the mercy of trans oceanic shipping just like any other import. Ain’t no one guaranteeing nothing about that.

I used them for my Kitchen although the cabinets are beautiful once they get onsite it is difficult to get any help. They made one cabinet wrong and it was from their own measurer and it took over 6 weeks to get a replacement. I am now waiting for two inside cabinet shelves that did not come and I can not get anyone to answer the phone or return my request from email. I can not find the exact shelve to go inside that matches the rest so it is really frustrating to have a cabinet that is non functional except for the bottom., They did not pay the installer so they refused to come back and put the panel on the fridge and dishwasher and line them up So had to hire a handy man and they still are not lined up. I would avoid them as well, they are nice cabinets but you need to be handy. for sure.
