Circular marks on quartz

Wondering what caused these marks on my one year old quartz counter. Possibly a water cup? Could a kitchen aid blender have left them? What are the chances Soft Scrub gel will remove without damaging counter? There is a reflection from light on picture. Thank you.

Are the circles close enough to your cooking appliance to have served as a landing space for hot pots? Do you have a pan the same diameter as the circles please?

No. Range top and oven is on other side of kitchen.
