Seriously? $140 for a plant?

I don't care what it is, how pretty it is, that's out of the real of things that will ever happen with my $.

That's still way above what I would pay for a Dracaena.

They always start off at an exorbitant price to rake in as much as they can. But the price will soon drop down to a bit above the few dollars that it costs to produce. It's marketing psychology.

I found this on Lowe's sale rack for $15, regularly 30. A friend has one in a large north window and she says to keep it barely moist with filtered water. A slow grower but well worth the effort. A real eye catcher.
