Tiling under dishwasher

My tiling contractor couldn’t disconnect the dishwasher. As the shut off valve connecting to the dishwasher was rusted. So, he moved the dishwasher and put the tiles in that area and moved it right back on top of those freshly installed tiles and continued tiling beside them. Now, there is a small dip where the outside tiles meet the ones below the dishwasher. He is also ready to apply grout in 12 hours. My question is what kind of issues i might face with this kind of installation.

Can the DW be moved in an out freely? If so, and it isn’t trapped under the counters, then there really isnt an issue.

Thanks Linda, he came today and disconnected the dishwasher and moved it away from tiles. He fixed those tiles. Thanks for your response.

The rusted/stuck water water shut-off valve for the dishwasher should also be replaced.

Thank you! I made sure that was the first thing that was replaced. It took only 15 mins to replace it!

The plumbing fixture should be repaired no matter what... other than that; I don't see a problem.
