If you are fearing foundation issues, then look for foundation repair companies and have them do an inspection. That would be the first thing I did. If foundation is ok, then you need to look further.

If that bottom picture is tile to countertop it looks like grout not caulk. i learned here that it was supposed to be caulked for this very reason and i had a handyman redo it as we were having cracking too. The caulk has helt up great!

Otherwise just commiseration - my house is nearly 100 and doors definitely don’t all close right in the winter when it is humid (but change again in dry/summer). nothing is remotely square it’s maddening.

@lharpie it is in fact caulk. I have the leftover tube.

Have you shared your concerns with the remodeler which performed the work?
