Dining room curtains

Hello! We are in the middle of a renovation and will have white wainscott on the bottom and a dark blue (hints of gray) on top, light white oak wooden floors, white trim on windows. What color curtains and rod would you do? links for curtains would be awesome! i want something that doesnt look too cheap as well!

There are too many unknowns in providing links. White would be the easiest choice, but did you want a pattern. FYi: Pottery Barn has lots of drapery choices and you can review comments around quality.

Do you get a lof of sun and need lined drapes. What style do you prefer. The rod’s finish should complement the room‘s style and finishes.

If you can provide your preferences, you’ll get more relevant suggestions.

Pictures of the space, please please. What is your style? What do the adjacent areas look like? What colors can be seen from the dining room?i You need to envision the whole area, not just one room.

Its still under construction so i dont have any good photos. the room attached is going to be agreeable gray with same floors.

the dining room table is a light wood color.

we still need to pick out a light fixture for the dining room table so unsure what color that will be.

So you have not painted yet? Have you purchased the paint? If not pick the curtains first, then pick paint colors to coordinate with the curtains. How formal will the room be? Or are you using it as everyday dining? Please post pics of your furniture that will go in the room.

Agree that it's easier to match paint to curtains you have chosen, rather than the other way around

We have finished the space so i can finally post a picture! what curtains, curtain rod and light fixture (color/style) and rug would you recommend for our dining room? The walls are a blue with gray tones, natural floor and light table.

@Maureen we thought the curtains you posted from etsy would look nice. can you share the link?
