Pls help with my outside area

Hi there! We have a slightly slopped land and when building the house we decided to keep the house at terrain level which left us with a problem to solve for the right side of the house. Between the front and the back of the house there is a slight inclination and an accentuaded drop between the backyard and that right side. My architect suggested steps at both ends but I just hate the look of it. Any ideas from any great minds? Really appreciate the help!!!
I attach my architect proposal

What side of the home are we viewing?

It will be used mainly just for green area potentially kids area but it is too steep in the back from the backyard down so definitely needs steps there. The area is only 3 meters wide and runs along the whole side of the house. I think I can’t get away without having steps 😣

This is the lateral side of the house. Here is another angle if it helps

I don’t understand why this random step down area is here. Can’t you fill it in and make it more at grade with back of your yard, or less severe?

I also would fill it. Or fill it with outdoor climbing structures for kids, etc. The sky's the limit for fun with soft landing material. A total dedicated play space.

How does it relate to the whole house and the rest of the site?

IMO we need to see the house as it sits from much futher back what you show is IMO useless I have no idea how the house sits on the land form those pics.

We can’t fill it with land either as the building permit only allows for 1,20 meter high fence. If I would fill it, the grass would be above the fence.

Here is another angle. You see if I would just bring the backyard all the way to the fence it would be above the fence which cannot be higher. If I would put some inclination between the backyard and the fence it would be extremely steep as it is very small area for such a drop

We had a similar situation with a client and the decision was to fill in the area ,(Attached our project )
You said it's not allowed to fill it so u need you think on a soft ramp that starts from the middle of the large stairs.

I think you can also have less of a drop, use tiered planters and vegetation to make this look better. As it is your backyard will be in display to street

Your house has no doors or windows. How can we be sure what is on the other side of the fence in these tiny graphics? The graphic makes it look like a sidewalk and road. Is there a road there or something else?

Make the fence a retaining wall. Fill it to front and backyard level and put the fence on top of the wall.

My first thought is that if you have that many stairs, you'll need handrails. What if someone takes a tumble there?

Maybe they are simply not drawn in yet. I wouldn't have the stairs go all the way across the slope. I wouldn't make them out of concrete, either. To me, that's a lot of concrete. You can have wood stairs and make them narrower, and then terrace the slope for planting next to the stairs.
