Are looking for an OTR which can connect to existing vertical ducting or are you actually looking to fit an OTR under or into an existing hood?

In the meantime, while waiting for responses on current low profile OTR models, you might try the "search Houzz" box on the top of the page and search on "low profile OTR." Seems to me that we've had three or four recent longish threads on the subject which might be helpful. If you've already done that, then never mind.
