The casements on the ends would be "tougher" to match and look normal, but the center windows absolutely should have similar alignment.

Thank you. In your opinion would the casements look better without grids or do you think they are ok as is. I’m definitely going to have the middle window made to match.

Given the alignment and the larger center mullion, usually easier and cleaner to leave them clear glass. Seeing as nothing is really "jiving" at the current juncture, have you thought about just going grid less?

Interior as in applied or interior as in between the panes of glass? If the later, not removeable of the former, maybe cut them out but that may make a mess.

In between the panes of glass and I was pretty sure they could not be removed but just had to throw it out there. 😎
