    All great Gary.

Beth I especially like Harpoon. Your Hudson Bay is impressive.

Sherry Halcyon is one we should all have. Nice.

    hosta_maker wonderful as always.

    Halcyon

Hands Up. My 3rd attempt. I had a squirrel that decided the first two were in its spot...I conceded. Sorry about the weeds. I did get it cleared.

    Hanky Panky

Holy Mouse Ears. I will get the reversions out.

this summer I should use the alphabet photos to ID my hosta..have tags for Hadspen Blue..Halcyon..and Honeybells..Honeybells is near the top of the photo..vase shape with green leaves..fragrant blooms..

the powdery blue a little above the bottom right corner might be Hadspen Blue?..

    not sure where Halcyon lives..

I have several H's but none very impressive. Seems some are new, jut divided or getting choked out.

Hudson Bay- I thought that It was a goner. I ordered and when I rec'd it, it was not looking very promising. I need to give it a better place next season. I just put it there because it gets afternoon sun and was hoping it would revive. Just hoping it looks like Old_dirt and Beth's real soon!

My meager contribution. Steve has had wonderful picture of High Voltage. Mine done at dusk so very muted. It is worthy hosta.

    Loving everyone's pictures and photography!

Is Hudson Bay good grower?  I have friends, non hosta people who live in NY Hudson Valley on wooded property.

Found half decent picture of Hot Shot from Dan Wols. Color of it is stunning all season.

Lindalana I would say Hudson bay is a medium grower.  It has good substance and hasn't had needed any special attention.

My Hudson Bay has been in the same spot for ten years and always done well. It gets very little sun but I think is dwindling due to tree roots.

Everyone, terrific Happy Dayz, and Halcyons.

    beth, beautiful Hudon Bay.

sherrygirl, your Halcyon in the green phase shows the veining I love about the hosta.

Hosta_maker, your Halcyon is so blue! I love that Heavenly Cloud!

    peren, lovely Hanky Panky!

Nw, you should have circled your Honeybells, lololo!

old_dirt, all of yours are really doing well! I especially like your Hudson Bay and Holy Mole.

shadow, I am loving Happy Dayz and Holy Moly.

lindalana, leave it to you to have the one yellow H hosta. ☺️ Hot Shot is a nice one.

I only have three H hostas:

    Green phase

    blue phase

teeny tiny HP—— I moved this to see if it will do better.

I jave been posting progressions when I jave them. Should I keep doing this or will we have progressions later???

debra..both of my H hosta pics could’ve used circles! Lol..haven’t tried ‘drawing’ yet on my new phone..

Beth, you are right. When you are retired, it doesn't matter what day it is. Half the time, I don't know what day it is. All days are the same when you don't have a schedule.

found a better pic of Honeybells..

Nw, very nice full HB…..How is it different from Royal Standard? They look the same to me.
    debra

debra..thanks!..I have an underperforming Royal Standard in too much shade that doesn’t bloom..I’m not positive but I think HB has thinner leaves..

For me ,my RS is taller and the leaves are a bit bigger. My Honeybells blooms after my RS.

I confess, I too, had to read the joke about the slippers and coffee again to get the joke! Good one!

Gary, never heard of Hunter's Ridge. It's quite impressive. I like the way the leaves kind of fold over each other and the nice shape it makes.

Beth, your Hudson Bay is wonderful!

Sherry, lovely Halcyon. I don't have one yet. I saw it in a big box store, but heard that purchasing that particular one had a good chance of it being virused. But I will find one some day!

Hosta_maker, I am drawn to Heavenly Cloud and High Five!

Peren.all, as always, your Hanky Panky is just beautiful. Great to see two "different" pictures too.

Nicholsworth, great picture of the grouping of different hosta!

Old_dirt, don't know what you are talking about when you said "I have several H's but none very impressive." Yes they are impressive!

Shadow, good luck with the Hudson Bay. One day it just may surprise you! Lovely Halcyon!

Lindalana, High Voltage looks very pretty!

Debra, interesting that Lindalana has the only yellow "H!" Love the two different shots of Halcyon. I didn't realize that it comes up green and then turns blue.

    Only three H's for me.

This is Hans. Slow growing. I don't dare move it! I think maybe this coming year the heuchera will have to be divided.

This little High Society is cute. It is actually in a spin out bag. I find the paperbark Birch tree nearby has really invasive roots. I think the roots have invaded the spin out bag. I just might try my luck with putting HS in a pot instead. I better put that on the to-do list or I'll never remember!

Hawaiian Luau - that Dandelion got taken out and it didn't seem to phase the Hosta.

Heartache that my Peony flowers are shedding petals already.

Hearts on Fire - Previous year in a pot, last year in the ground, will it still leap this year?

High Voltage - good memory Lindalana. This is one that surely deserves at least two pics of with its interesting color change. So naturally I can only find one. Not a great spot for it on the north side of my house, but something needs to go here.

Another interesting color changer How About That!

and just because everyone has at least a little in their lives, a better picture of Heartache.
