My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is this called?

last modified: 3 years ago

I thought it was a header or arch but when I search on google, no luck. It's not a beam either, but more like a piece of wall coming out from the ceiling. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
