What don't you like about what you currently have? I think it's charming, but perhaps if you'll tell us what you envision instead, that will help. For whatever it's worth, I'm of the firm opinion that artwork should be chosen on the basis of what you love and enjoy looking at day in and day out. I think art should speak to you on a level that goes deeper than "ust something that matches the rest of the room" (not that that's what you said, but making my point). Maybe you aren't feeling the current artwork because it doesn't speak to you in any way? I do like the way you've hung the current pieces and wouldn't worry about anything on the other side to balance it out.

Perfect opportunity for a charming feature wall in blue and yellow. Plates are appropriate in a Dining Room. Symmetry works here and the plates should be smaller than the art.

I see you took advice from your first post about the art. It's still not working because colors are too bright. You have beautiful windows with distinct Craftsman mullions. Your shades are not in the style. Rather than remove them, during the day pull them up to the top. Let's see the windows. Rather than art, change the chandelier to work with windows.
