Do you need two sinks? Neither has much room around them and you might be better served with one with a decent vanity, then get more room in the bathoom and add space to the closet.

That is a big bedroom.

A few things need clarifying:

In bedroom 3, there is a cabinet over the bathroom door? and where will the bed and other furniture go in that room?

Who gets Master #2?

Are the rumpus room and study the same space? (And aren’t rumpus and study pretty much opposite words?)

Where will everyone keep extra towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, personal health and beauty aids? I don’t see much storage?

Why to sinks opposite one another in the Master 1 bath?

What are your goals for the floor, and for that bedroom suite in particular?

Just a thought, because I don’t translate metric to Fahrenheit (so to speak): a walk-through dressing area leading to the bathroom, which takes up the entire left side and has plenty of room for storage, vanities, etc etc.

Why two primary bedrooms

and MB 2 has a better space allocation than 1, but not the better view and balcony?

How many kids

New build or reno

House or condominium or apartment

And please conver walls/windows all to INCHES. The site is USA...... sorry we're lazy

Do you need to be concerned that someone in rumpus room can see the Primary bed? Are there concerns about covering the headboard window for light/privacy. I would say the same for the balcony wall but that one is a more obvious need. I do worry about the entrance door here crowding a curtain.

I don't like that bed 4 shares a wall with primary bed - perhaps the closet can move over?

May want to post location also - gives us some idea of context. All we know is not-US.

I think the primary bed windows really limit the layout and we need to know if that is changeable.

In the US, we have moved away from the "master" term because of our history. Pretty sure Canada has also. So I am guessing you are in Australia (only because I like to guess).
