Blanco sink problem

Hi, this is image of my blanco sink, not long after installation it appeared to start getting pitted aro*nd drain area. i thimk its caused by quooker hottap, but it shouldnt be given advice we were given by kitchen retailer. Does anyone else have experiece of this happening ?
