Do you have a plan for a mirror? You can do a big mirror that covers the whole wall behind the vanity, or a smaller mirror just over the sink with sconces. I think sconces provide better lighting in bathrooms. If you go for a big mirror and lighting across the top look for a fixture that spreads the light across the whole mirror as much as possible.
