Don’t know what your question is but can’t see how you’re going to easily get in / out of that tub. What kind of door is on shower? Can’t enlarge your plan & still read the notes on it.

It’s kinda of a second part to a question I posted earlier. Either a tub/sower combo or just a shower. You’d be walking in the shower/bath area. I think that getting in and out of the tub wouldn’t be too difficult, as long as the shower isn’t being used. The shower “door” would be just a glass panel

I did look at your prior post after my comment. This isn’t a wet room, right? In the plan, is that long line in shower front a linear drain or the glass panel? What‘s the short darker line to right of long line?

I always avoid toilet in front of the door, makes for unpleasant sight lines.

Is it good ? No.

My bad for not getting the wet room described properly. I should have used linear shower instead. I personally think of this as a wet room.

But still the question remains, shower only or tub/shower? If I do the shower only, that would give me more room for a double vanity.
I can’t change the location of the toilet. The cost would be excessive, plus the fact the building is 160 years old

I agre to all of the above. It is too late ow to delete this post so at least post the old plan here and do not start another post on any pics or commnets about this bathroom. IMO no wet room and hoestly the tub will never beused in that spot.

You dont put a wet room in a 160 year old house. That is a major remuddle and will ruin resale in the future Respect the house!
