New house lighting and hardware dilemma

Living room (18') and dining room (9') are along a wall window facing lake. Kitchen is behind the dining room. White millwork and 3-panel craftsman doors throughout. Seeking opinions on lighting and hardware, especially mixing black and different silver metals and whether the styles listed "go-together". I like the Pottery Barn Lucca (black) chandelier over dining table, large Livex 42" orb or appr 40" wagon wheel chandelier in living room (black), Crystarama Sylvan 4-light 16" pendants (polished nickel) over kitchen island and sconces over large kitchen window that would tie together the black and nickel island and dining room fixtures. Kitchen has white shaker cabinets, fantasy brown countertops (no rusty red and mostly "sea scape colors), stainless appliances, and large stainless "workstation" sink. I really like the Hickory Greenwich "stainless steel" cabinet hardware, but concerned about it fighting with polished nickel pendants. Still deciding on entry way light fixture and color of door hardware.... Thank you in advance.

I never like lighting that lights the ceiling and nothing else . I have no idea about the hardware so post a pic and also post pics of your space that is how you get help with all those choices BTW I always advise to keep things simple you never tire of good quality simple choices.Aslo ina ceiling that is 18' high you really will need to bring light down to human scale. with not only ceiling but table lamps , floor lamps etx lighting is all about task and levels .

This is difficult because it's a new build, so I don't have actual pictures of the space. There will be can lights in the ceiling in addition to lamps, etc. I don't know if the colors and styles would marry well in a space that is fairly open.

Your mix of black chandeliers and polished nickel pendants should work well together, as long as the finishes are balanced. The Hickory Greenwich stainless steel hardware might contrast slightly with the nickel, but it can still complement the overall scheme. Just ensure smaller accents tie everything together, and consider matching tones in door hardware to unify the look. I can also recommend getting some floor lamps to spice up the place. I used the Sunmory site to shop floor lamps. They have modern ones for good prices.
