do you need a lot of seating? Is it a TV viewing space?

One entry into the room or a pass through space? lots of options.

There are more factors than just dimensions that determine if a sectional will work in a room.

You don't mention the depth of the sectional. IMO any sectional deeper than about 38" is not going to work in this room. Just might be too large in scale. The sectional will physically fit but not look appropriate in the room.

IMO sectionals are the most expensive way to get the least number of comfy seats since arm rests = comfort . Check the pics above and count the number of actual seats you get. The chaise is totally useless for aseating a nice orroman is a much better choice even there . I prefer a soafa and 2 choirs and you will find the chairs fill first they have 2 armrests then the 2 outside seats on the soafa again armrest then the dreaded middle seat on the sofa which BTW is what most of the seating on the sectional is .
